As an AB/AR influencer, this is very important for HUSD to uphold and strengthen. We need to work hard to create unity and not division amongst ourselves. Be openminded and flexible <3
Be a problem solver; find middle ground
This adds to and strengthens then above point. We need to work as a "united front" to support our student needs and be there for when they need us.
We all need to work together to support a therapeutic learning environment for our students.

A growth mindset is looking at areas in our lives where one wants to continue to develop. The person must want to change and believe that they can change.

Asking yourself what you can do next to improve rather than using a lot of energy trying to find and focus on points of where things went wrong.

When I think about growth mindset, I think about the words "not yet." Meaning everyone, regardless of age, is in the developmental process of "something" and if we persist we will get better at what we are trying to accomplish.

Growth Mindset = Growing your Mind...lol JK but being able to "open your mind" to different perspectives and continuing to think about what improvements or changes you may need to consider in order to be the you, you want to be... Its like a garden/gardening; you may prune off certain parts you may not need anymore and you may need to protect other parts of you because of past "infestations" while developing... It will always be something to work on and build <3
