         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ge Zhichuan Moving His Dwelling (1360) made using ink on paper. <br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pBOKeVsiJho">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pBOKeVsiJho</a><br>This is music that is inspired by ancient China to provide atmosphere and help the viewer enhance their imagination for an exhibit. <br>This piece depicts an alchemist who is in search of materials. The scroll the art is on is metaphor for achieving Enlightenment with which the viewer cannot see the entire scroll at all times. It dynamic path is a symbol for the path that everyone takes through life (Gateways to Art, p. 418). <br>The map with a point provides geographic context to picture where the piece is coming from. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Eagle Transformation Mask (late 19th century) crafted with wood, feathers, and rope. <br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QRT_6ZmcGR4">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QRT_6ZmcGR4</a><br>This video can be shown that show a Kwakiutl ceremonial dance in which masks much like this one are worn by the dancers. This video gives a taste to the viewers of an element of Kwakiutl culture. <br><a href="https://www.mymondotrading.com/native-meanings-symbology-myths-legends">https://www.mymondotrading.com/native-meanings-symbology-myths-legends</a><br>The eagle is a symbol for courage, respect, Chiefdom, and wisdom. A legend indicated in this article, explains that the eagle gained its sharp eyesight by borrowing it from the slug to help a Chief. This symbolism of the eagle and legend from the Kwakiutl helps give context to the use and meaning of the art piece. <br>The map gives geographic context as to where this piece was made and where the Kwakiutl resided. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>X-ray Kangaroo Rock (1900) using paint on a rock. <br>An interactive piece of this exhibit would include an area in which visitors can paint their own rocks with small rocks and paint supplies provided. To spark ideas they will be prompted to paint a story, which is the suspected purpose of Australian rock art. <br>The paintings were often spread out across Australia but it was thought to all be connected and tell a story. They called this period of painting "Dreaming," (Gateways to Art p. 455). <br>The interactive map help to give a geographic context where the art pieces originated to help the viewer.<br><br></div>]]></description>
