         <description><![CDATA[<div>Cupcakes are made from butter, sugar, eggs, and flour. Cupcakes were first mention, on the year 1796, a recipe of a "light cake to bake in small cups" was written in a cook book named American Cookery. The creator of this book was a Lady named Amelia Simmons. The earliest certification of the term cupcake was in a cookbook named "Seventy-five Recipes for Pastry, Cakes and Sweetmeats in 1828. The creator of this book was Eliza Leslie.</div>]]></description>

Based on my research there is not in of info on Amelia Simmons, but there are theories that historians mentioned about her, like she lacked any formal education, and   that she was an orphan when she was a child.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lindsay Conchar is a recipe developer and photographer for her blog. Lindsay path to baking started with a massive sweet tooth as a child. Lindsay grew up cooking and baking with her mom. Lindsay started to take cake decorating class in 2011. Afterwards Lindsay spent day and night learning about cake decorating and baking. Her first cook book was published on October of 2016.</div>]]></description>
