         <title>I find that I need to make sure that I am moving and that I make time for it. teaching from home I find that I sit in front of a screen for 9 hours or more. So I have to make sure I take time out to eat, go out and walk the dog, or catch the sunset. I force myself to turn off the TV and go on a bike ride or something. I have my clients to train so that has helped some. It&#39;s hard being home so I got to Keep it interesting and put the work in to make it happen.</title>
