         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; With the complexity of daily life, most people have moved away from daily healthy food due to their tendency to fast life which has caused them to suffer from many health ailments.&nbsp; Changing behavior is very difficult. However,there are some simple solutions that help you change your daily life and get away from an unhealthy diet. First of all, drinking plenty of water.&nbsp; It may help you get rid of toxins in the body. The second reason is sleeping a lot and staying away from drinking coffee. Coffee is great, but it affects our mind and makes our heart beat faster.&nbsp; Also, going to bed early help you to relax your body.&nbsp; Finally, replace unhealthy food with healthy food.&nbsp; For example, foods that contain many calories, replace them with less. Such as eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and staying away from chocolate and foods saturated with fat.&nbsp; Most importantly, eating breakfast, it loses a lot of weight . In brief, if you want to have a healthy life , you should follow all the issues listed above .</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>      I will talk about my friend Reem, who has been suffering from overweight for 4 years because she ate fast foods and she doesn't move enough , so she decided to follow an unhealthy diet. She started search about the diet and founded that the dates and milk diet help losing the weight quickly, so she decided to follow it for three months. After the three months&nbsp; she lost 21 kilos of her weight. The diet consisted of three meals, in each meal she had to eat 7 dates and a glass of milk. This diet helped her lose weight, but there were many difficulties including feeling tired and weak immunity. On the other hand,&nbsp; the features are losing weight quickly and reduce appetite. This is why I do not recommend following this diet, it is better to visit the&nbsp; doctor for examination and take a good diet plan under the supervision of a doctor .</div>]]></description>

In addition, this is an important and dangerous problem because it can be the cause of his death. This problem is very common among us, and I have to educate people through my articles to reduce it. Secondly, The main cause for this problem is the abundance of fast food and this comes due to the presence of a large number of fast food restaurants . For example, a lot of people are heading to buy junk food because it's low cost.Also, one of the most important reasons for an unhealthy diet is the rise in the prices of nutrition clinics. For example, my friend hesitated to go to the clinic because of the high cost of the consultation. Finally, An unhealthy diet is one of the major risk factors for a range of chronic diseases like ,Diabetes and overweight .</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>        The unhealthy diet is very common these days, especially people who don't go to the doctor to ask about their diet plan. Most of those who suffer from it are people who want to lose weight as soon as possible and do not think about the consequences of it .There are many reasons why an unhealthy diet is bad for human health. First of all, the body sagging, losing weight quickly leads to stretching of the skin and this suffering needs surgical intervention. Second of all, there will be no energy due to the quality of bad food, the person who follows the diet will not be able to practice his daily habits normally, after a short period of weight will increase again due to the body starving which will lead to storing more fat. When starting a diet, it is advised to consult a doctor to give you the best diet suited for your body type, to avoid the negative effects of a diet unsuitable for you. In the end, I’d like to advice all the people in all ages to be careful before starting any kind of diet.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; In recent years some people die from following an unhealthy diet. The best solution in Kuwait is drinking plenty of water. Because Kuwait is a desert country with very hot summers, its residents suffer from dehydration in the body, and this negatively affects it. If you drink a lot of water, you may have a healthy body.&nbsp; So doctors recommend drinking 2 liters or more of water for the great benefits of water on our body, the human body consists of 70% of water, which helps the brain to focus and improve memory quality. Also, water is the main component of blood and the various cells of the body. The water protects the body against heart attacks, as it increases the fluidity of the blood. Awareness campaigns, radio shows, and posters are some of the most effective approaches in Kuwait to motivate people to participate in this solution. Furthermore, providing water in public places such as schools, malls, and restaurants helps in drinking enough water. Finally, Without water we cannot live, it is the secret of life.</div>]]></description>
