         <description><![CDATA[<div>Savannas and forests have very different functions, but both are ecologically and economically important. They support a diverse range of plant and animal life. Trees can die as a result of decreased rainfall in forest areas and an increase in the number of droughts. More rain in savanna areas can encourage tree growth and cover.</div>]]></description>
