"...I had conceived a violent antipathy even to the name of natural philosophy" (shelley 54). This quote portrays Victor as a bad creator. When he says he " conceived a violent antipathy" he is saying how he has a deep feeling of hatred towards many things including the creature he created. He and Henry take a nature walk and this makes Victor realize how unnatural and ugly the thing he created was.
