         <description><![CDATA[<p>Absolutely! It may overcome the power imbalances of professional/academic supports. Peers can provide coping strategies/learnings from their own experiences. Non pathologising/clinicalised supports. May also be a way for the students to explore/practice skills in real work setting. Destigmatising conversations about suicide and LE in the beginning of their careers. So, yes, absolutely.</p>]]></description>

BUT declinicalise it. </p><p>Empower people to share their stories and provide them with resources and safety. </p><p>Collate resources. </p><p>Open door drop in spaces/collectives. </p><p>Providing anonymity via online/phone supports. </p>]]></description>
