For the first one, they lost their names, and they are finally taking them back and naming themselves what they were named before the “white man” takeover. For my identity with music, it spans much more than my music production years. I actually started getting into making music back in second grade. I played on the music teacher’s piano and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Over the years, I’ve gotten into other stuff, but music is just that one thing that I can’t let go of, it always comes back to me in some way.
