Identify:
The associated characteristics of someone who posses sociability are friendliness, kindness, understanding, gets along with others. Leaders who show sociability can maintain many healthy relationships in their work enviornment.

List:
Some people may have different reactions to sociability depending on the type of person they are, introverted or extroverted. Introverted people can find this type of characteristic difficult to obtain because they prefer to be alone. They might even seem to be uncomfortable around people who show this type of leadership. Having sociability as a leader has to do with getting people involved and interacting which can be challenging to do with an introvert. Extroverted people can find this trait one of the most easiest for them because it just comes naturally for them.

Hypothesize:
For some, having a leader who is very social can lead to closer relationships with employees, which is not a bad thing, but can alter to opinions of the leader because he/she feels too close to use correct discipline. Sociability in a leader on the other hand can make a job more fun and thus employees will feel more confident in their work.

Leaders who show confidence reassures their employees that they know what they are doing.

List:
Confidence can be a great leadership trait as long as it is not over used. Leaders should be able to confidently make decisions, but also be able to listen to other opinions. Otherwise, they can come off as arrogant. Confidence in a leader can reassure employees who may feel unsure of a project.

Hypothesize:
Some benefits include a reassurance to employees, getting the job done as quick as possible, it also boosts employees self esteem when a leader shows confidence in its employees. Confidence also shows that a leader knows what he/she is doing and employees believe in him/her. Potential challenges may include a leader who is so confident it does not wish to seek advice, may come off arrogant and thus could make employees feel worthless because the leader doesn't care about what others have to suggest.
