I find adaptability the hardest. Communication- Talk to my tutor about what i struggle with and how to best support me which is hard. Teamwork-talk to people i normaly dont to complete a task within college. Problem solving- In placement when im unsure of how to deal wiht challenging behaviour. Digital skills- all work and exams are online (teams). Time management- leaving at the right time to get to placement at least ten mis before the children. Adaptability- changing when rooms change, lessons change, and not knowing plans ahead of time.

Its important that all opputunities are accesible so that everyone is able to reach their full potential academically and personally.
