They would find extraordinary stories about God. I would explain to them on how history connects to what the Bible states. I would also ask on why they don't believe in God and many of those responses have to do with "It is not proven scientifically" or "The stories are absurd and imaginative". Many of the stories in the Bible are figurative language which you have to try to understand the real meaning towards what the Bible states. SO I would encourage the person to try to connect their life to God and see what their lives have something missing in them. Everyday there's always something in the catholic religion I don't always agree with or follow with. Most of the time is how religion treats LGTBQ+ people or the topic of abortion. I like to think that the people who rely on religion to cover up the fact that they don't believe in the rights behind both topics are just close minded people, but often it's people like that, that make me want to quit the religion. However, I have faith that those people will soon be blessed by God to act in the right and not cover up their bad character with religion.
