At the start, the flour, water and eggs need to be mixed well and consistently so as to get a good shape. Later on, after mixing the ingredients, I should have poured the cream into the cupcake holders more steadily. This is so to ensure that they don't flow out. After the cupcakes are baked, ensure that the cupcakes are cooled for a while before adding the frosting.

Facts that I learnt:
- Before adding frosting to the cupcake, ensure that they are cooled for a while, if not the frosting will melt.
- When checking whether the cupcakes are fully baked, I can use a toothpick to poke the cupcake. If the cream comes out, then it shows that the cupcake isn't fully baked yet.

Things I can improve on:
- Add the frosting in a good shape to make sure that they don't overflow.

Brownies:
I learnt how to boil strips of chocolate and butter together. I learnt that the chocolate has to be fully melted, while the butter does not have to be fully melted when boiling. The butter can be slowly melted after boiled.
Then, I added around 55g of brown sugar to the mixture to give it a sweet taste. Later, I added 100g of flour and 55ml of milk too. Lastly, 2 eggs and a tiny bit of vanilla essence were added.
The mixture is then steamed for 15-18min.

Pizza:
I had to cut the vegetables into smaller strips. At the moment, my partner was tasked to roll the dough flat. Then, we added tomato sauce and the vegetables onto the dough. I also cut the chicken meat into smaller pieces, and added soy sauce to it too. The chicken was then put onto the vegetables on the dough. Lastly, we covered the dough with cheese. Then, we could bake the dough into pizza.

Things done wrong:
For the pizza, I should've organised it in a better way so that it would not turn out to be ugly. I was tasked to make the peach crumble.
I used a medium bowl to hold the crumble. I added 25g of hard butter into 50g of flour. Then, I mixed them using my fingers. When the mixture turns soft, spread into small bits and with a yellowish colour, I put it into the fridge to cool down. At the mean time, I was cutting the peach into smaller pieces. After that, I took out the mixture from the fridge. I added one spoon of the mixture into the holder, then added 2 pieces of peach, and so on. In the end, the top of the crumble should be covered and no peach slices should be seen.

Things I learnt:
When mixing the flour and butter with my fingers, the mixture should not touch my palms. If not, the mixture would not be that cold after that. I should mix the mixture using my fingers.

After my partner finished making the dough, she spread it into 2 separate pieces, one for me and one for her. I put my portion into the holder (a plate-liked thing), and spread it around. After spreading it, I used a fork to cut off the excess pieces at the top. Then I made my dough flatter, and used the fork to poke some holes at the middle of the dough. Lastly, I used the fork to press to the sides of the dough to give it a curve-like look.
For the vegetables, I mixed the spinach, cheese, 3 spoons of onion, one piece of tomato (cut) and mixed them. Then I added 2 tablespoon of milk and mixed. I added some seasoning (including tomato sauce, rosemary salt, etc) and mixed. I also added 1 egg, mixed, and added to my steamed dough. So, it can be steamed now.

My group created an accessory, symbolising the kind of accessory that women of the royal family used to wear in the past. We used recycled cardboard to make the whole object. For some parts of the cardboard, we cut it into smaller strips to add on the decoration. We painted some parts of the object white too.

Reflection:
Through this task, I learnt how to work together with my groupmates effectively. While we were doing the project, we met many difficulties. For example, some of us did not know what to do during some parts of the task. Then, we learnt to split the work equally so that everyone gets to do a part. While doing our task, we did not give up when we met difficulties.
