People need to have more free time for them selves. Reducing the length of the working week or cutting back on the conventional 9-5 working day are two such solutions. At the individual level, people need to have more personal respect for themselves and convinced that exercise is not a choice but an essential part of achieving the best mental and physical health. They also could Break up exercise into shorter chunks during the day. Take a 15 minute walk during your break and 15 minutes after work. To be more active during the day you could Work out first thing in the morning, before you shower and get ready for your day. You should start step by step making exercise every day and try to practice with a partner so she or he can encourage you. Moreover, putting a plan or a calendar with the daily exercise will help the people a lot. The schedule will arrange their time and can give people a great way to manage more than one task on their day.

A best friend of mine has faced a depression issue. She faced it because of her tight schedule. She was unable to give time, energy, motivation to exercise and lack of exercise lead to depression. Likewise, she faced these issues for several months. Depression affected her mood, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and physical health. Her severe depression resulted in losing the ability to feel pleasure in the things she once enjoyed. It caused her to withdraw from her relationships, even from people to whom she was closest. She solved her issue by taking exercise every day. She was depressed still, she took the courage to overcome this issue with himself. (She asked me to exercise with her and I did to help her.). Once she got into the exercise habit, it didn't take long to notice a difference in her mood. In addition to getting exercise, she also started some yoga poses to help relieve feelings of her depression. With her hard work and dedication, she overcame his depression. Now, she is a fit person. She and I used to hang out on weekends, and we still exercise together frequently. Thus, one should keep in mind "health is wealth". So, take a little time from your busy schedule to implement that toward exercise. 10-15 minutes of exercise can keep you mentally and physically strong.
