         <description><![CDATA[<div>Solving the food waste problem in restaurants.<br>Here are some suggestions for reducing food waste in restaurants. First and foremost, restaurants could donate excess food to charities, instead of throwing away the food, it will be more sustainable to donate it to charities instead. There are many charities available today that accept unused food from restaurants. Second, restaurant managers need to reuse any product they can. For example, providing reusable napkins. This way, the napkin can be washed and used again, which can reduce expenses and garbage production in the long run. Third, Implement Good Inventory Management, Restaurant managers have to implement good inventory management. This can be done by storing the food properly and providing a backup plan if something goes wrong to avoid spoiled food.</div>]]></description>

Around the world, One third of all food produced is lost or wasted around 1.3 billion tonnes of food costing the global economy close to $940 billion each year. So, food waste is a global problem. Many schools around the world are trying to find solutions to decrease the amount of food waste. One solution is to make the break before lunch, so the children get the chance to burn off some energy first. Then they are hungry and ready to eat all their food. However, it is also important that organizations like the direction of gastronomy Jimmy Spices need to take the appropriate step with the help of which they can reduce the cost to the company. This is a restaurant that frequently takes feedback and suggestions from their staff and customers (Betz, Buchli, and Müller, 2015). Accordingly, they focus on developing services that will be useful in attracting clients and making profits. In this context, there are many areas in which the company can take the appropriate step in which it can reduce the cost and make a profit. In this regard, restaurant food waste is one of the major issues due to which the food service industry can be identified as one of the most recognizable areas of food waste in the UK. According to a survey, it was found that about 27% of people leave food during the end of a meal outside. On a daily basis restaurants are throwing away tons of food instead there are many people dying of starvation on the same planet. According to the situation, food waste has a significant negative impact on business operations. It increases cost and also has a negative impact on the environment. The culinary trend of toover Jimmy Spices is one of the fastest growing and in order to reduce the negative impact, it is important for the company to take an appropriate step with the help of which to make a profit (Papargyropoulou, Lozano and bin Ujang, 2014). Moreover, the environment is greatly affected by the wastage. When food waste is disposed of, it is essentially incinerated and this produces smoke and also negatively affects the air. Moreover, it causes diseases like asthma, lung cancer, etc. A major advantage of wastage reduction is that the organization will be able to increase its profits. In this context, the company can take advantage of the next step in which it will be able to reduce waste. First of all, the company cited should develop a waste management team that will take care of the garbage. Within a week, they will write down the total waste the company incurs while preparing food products. On the other hand, the wastage that occurs by leaving the food by the customers will be noticed separately.
