The water has to be at a good and comforting temperature (feeling as if I am laying in the sun). I then end the shower with 30 seconds of cold water. I usually use Maui shampoo and conditioner. Maui shampoo and conditioner is designed to help a variety of hair types, ranging from frizz free to lightweight curls. I usually deep wash my hair every other day. On days I don't fully deep wash, I rinse my hair to replenish its texture. Overall, I like the scent of this shampoo and conditioner because it reminds me of the beach. Notability is an app that you can get installed on your iPad. You can import documents and pdfs and have the ability to annotate and draw on them. There are different colors, shapes, and templates you can use for your notes.
