V and his ways are a sort of justice that isn't really justice. The blowing up of the statue represented everything , including justice, going to nothing but anarchy. 
Removing V's mask kills the idea of who he was. It makes him seem human and not an untouchable invinicble idea.
Mr.Finch says he has no place to go anymore. Freedom from the chains
The cycle of ideas continues. Ideas cannot die so it passes on person to person as one person frees another
Silence makes any sound very loud. With such an oppressed government silencing things for so long any ripple would make a shock.
V is supposed to have extreme split personality. It is completely possible for him to be Valerie.
With the destruction that has happened the new Vs would most likely play builder until the architecture begins to crumble. 
Violence is everywhere. The violence from the government spurred violent riots and murders. People tend to reply to violence with violence so after suffering it from so long naturally violence would be brought up as an answer.
