Ted Talk Response Week 2

Diversity needs to be taught to children and young children. children listening to adults predigest with being corrected that its not okay to speak or say racist things, it gets passed down. Without teaching diversity to young children racism will continue to be a disgustingly huge problem. Teaching and educating is the only way to get reduct racism. The ted talk talk also makes a good point that even being educated we all still have our own basis, and the way to fix that is to akaloadge your own basis and fix it. Racism is passed down from family members and society. a real change is to call out those racism people and correct them let them know its not okay, educate young children and don't shelter them from racist but explain and teach them in a way they can understand, and finally to work on changing our government in general which is a possibles if the other steps for change follow through.

With this method you can effectively learn more ways to teach, care, understand, and to do assessments more accurate. Because every child learn and takes in information differently you will be adapting to the child's needs and growing your own way of thinking and teaching making you a better teacher.
