In this school there is a visible motivation from teachers and all of the education department. This can be identified through a variety of activities for students with and without special needs.

These activities motivate students to learn the 4 different english skills properly even as first graders.

The teacher is allowed to create these activities and motivate students because of the collaborative work between teachers from different areas and the support that the school itself gives to the teachers.

They learn the 4 skills through tracing, listening to stories in L2, many types of games and a lot of material given by the teacher. This reflects not only the support from the school but the quality in teaching the L2. Since all kids come from different backgrounds, the school achieves to create a balanced environment in which all students learn equally and with equal opportunity, of course, keeping in mind their cognitive abilities, cultures and environments.
