This was to ensure that I was asking my target audience about my album advert and digipak and not anyone within the wrong age range. From this question, I found that the majority of my survey respondents are teenagers. Asking this question is important as it is imperative that my two products have a clear link as they are for the same thing. From this question, my participants felt as though my album advert and digipak did have a clear link due to them sharing a colour scheme, however, the majority did feel as though they didn't link enough. Some of my participants suggested that it would be better to make the main image from the front of the digipak the same as the main image on my album advert. The response from my participants was quite mixed in that some felt as though the colour scheme did work, although others felt otherwise. Within this, the overall majority did feel as though it was conventional. My target audience agreed that they liked it with one participant saying that they thought it was 'eye-catching and bold with a lot of information'. Overall, the majority did think it was conventional, but a small close minority felt that it wasn't. From my previous question asking for feedback, I think they felt it wasn't conventional due to it including tour information, therefore making it seem like a poster to promote a tour.
