         <title>We created a poster that asked students to identify how their family celebrates their Hispanic/Latinx Heritage, what books they know that have Hispanic/Latinx protagonists, what Hispanic/Latinx scientists or mathematicians they can name, and what Hispanic/Latinx food they eat.  We only came up with 3 responses from students, but that&#39;s a start. </title>
