Congratulations on graduating; I cannot believe it’s come and gone already!

I know you are going to be an amazing teacher. You care about your kiddos and that is the most important part, the relationships. There is SO much to learn about teaching but remember they are learning even if you don’t have it all perfect. Take it slow and focus on ONE thing to get better at each year.

My two biggest pieces of advice are:

1: Work somewhere that brings you joy. You are going to need support from your admin, friends to vent to, mentors to learn from, and co workers who get it. Your environment makes all the difference in lifting you up or bringing you down.

2: Make your copies in advance! This can be hard starting out, but I promise, the copier WILL break 🤣😅
