I will connect a PVC pipe to a 5 gallon bucket. The pipe will be at a 45 degree angle with 10 holes drilled into it. The PVC pipe will be about 4 feet long. At the bottom of the pipe will be a 5 gallon bucket filled with water. The bottom end will be submerged in water so a rubber hose can suck water up to the top and water the plants.
