As we read the other day, Mr. Wilson set a classroom on fire as a child to scare his teacher, Mr. Brown. This resulted in the death of both his teacher and his classmate, Billy Reed.

It was an accident, and it happened more than 30 years ago. Now that it has been discovered: Should Mr. Wilson go to jail?
