Lavado de Manos

  • Lávate las manos antes de comer y después de ir al baño.

  • Usa agua y jabón, ¡frota por 20 segundos!

Cepillado de Dientes

  • Cepíllate los dientes al menos 2 veces al día.

  • Usa un cepillo y pasta de dientes con flúor.

Baño Diario

  • Bañarse ayuda a eliminar la suciedad y el sudor.

  • Usa jabones y champús para oler bien.

Ropa Limpia

  • Usa ropa limpia todos los días.

  • Ayuda a mantenernos frescos y cómodos.

Mantener Limpio el Espacio

  • Organiza tu habitación y tu mochila.

  • Ayuda a encontrar tus cosas y mantener todo en orden.
