         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>In this image, the children are engaged in similar activities—building with blocks and using the same materials—but they are not working toward a shared goal. They interact socially, talk to each other, and even share blocks, but each child is building their own structure. This reflects the key feature of associative play: interaction without collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Associative play typically begins around ages 3 to 4 years. It marks a shift from parallel play as children start seeking out social interaction. The next developmental stage is Cooperative Play, where children begin to play together with shared goals, roles, and rules.</p></li></ul><p><br></p>]]></description>
