This is one of the amazing works me and my groupmates created in our Entrepreneurship leadership class. This piece of art underwent many revisions, but it is a work that I would say is one of a kind. Made with rice sacks and barbeque sticks, this piece we created became the Bakunawa dragon protecting its glowing egg. This was designed to be a designer lamp, which acts both as an artwork/sculpture and a lamp for decoration and light. This piece represents the hard work and teamwork our group had, while its very assembly represents how the relationships built between us groupmates of 5 were strengthened.

Semiotic Analysis of "Batman: Under the Red Hood"

This essay I made for Introduction to Communication would be one of the most favorite analysis papers I made, considering it was me exploring two of my favorite characters in DC comics. This was an essay I enjoyed writing, especially while I look at my Red Hood action figure at my table, because of how in-depth these characters here are and just the heart of their very stories; death, resurrection, change, ambition, and pure passion. It helped me explore the very heart of how people communicate their feelings; why Jason Todd is heartless towards criminals, why Batman has compassion. To analyze these characters is a practice for me as I analyze others to learn how to communicate with them.

As a student who hasn't been doing well in his studies, this piece resonated with me well with how I felt towards myself. Yes, it was a message to the crowd but really it was actually more of a message to myself. That I have to have a change of heart; to go back and ask myself what is the purpose. Writing this made me emotional knowing my shortcomings for the past months and so, not only to my teachers but even my classmates and my parents. Part of service is communication, and we can serve by communicating to others.

Gabi na boyet was one of the amazing groupworks I got to do, as we explored through the lense of a bystander, the happenings of the extra judicial killings during Duterte's time. In here, we explored how to create drama's using dramas and audio foleys to give the listeners a realistic experience, as if they were watching a movie with their eyes closed.

Following our awesome radio drama play, "Gabi na Boyet", we made a podcast where we dive deep into the topic of extra judicial killings int the Philippines as students. In here we also talk about the importance of having a voice in today's world with our social media platforms to create a society that is aware with everything happening with its government and to push for transparency.
