Indigenous histories have been passed through generations via various mediums:
Story-telling is the primary form, including speaking, song, dance, art and craft. Messaging is another, through mediums such as sticks, rocks, sand, art, body paint, and carvings.

By exploring Indigenous culture and practice through Indigenous mediums for teaching, we may link past, present and future, in our classroom.
