In this regard, I would like to suggest that my innovative framework would focus on implementing the service innovative framework in order to make the services more convenient to the users. The longest flight conducted by Qantas on March 2018 had been a disaster that led to significant amounts of customer dissonance and dissatisfaction. 

 

Thus the use of the service innovative model would play a crucial role in addressing the comfort zones of the travellers and make the services more customers oriented. The employees must be agile in capturing sufficient feedback from the customers and offer them assistance at all times. Considering the scope of operations for the company, the implementation of open innovation and crowd sourcing would enable the company to gather customer ideas and opinions to suggest innovative infrastructure.
