Sife math was AMAZING!! Great differentiation. Built essential skills and met students where they are at.

Love that everyone was primarily teaching in English. I saw a lot of vocabulary being either pretaught or gone over as you came across it. Love the simple skills being taught in SIFE math. Gallery walks are always engaging and great to see. Thanks for having us!!

The scaffolds used were great for beginner ELLs and gave them the pieces needed to properly sequence events

Overall, it was a pleasure to watch the ENL teachers in every content. I noticed everyone was explicit with instruction, directions, and when including each language modality, speaking slowly, allowing processing and think time, and students were attentive and engaged. Finally, phones were not an issue allowing for learning.
