"Never underestimate the healing power of love it is just as important for our survival as the food we eat, yet it’s free and available in unlimited supply".In this part, it is implied that love is important because love is around and it is free and you can also make it feel to those who want to experience love.

3. I would recommend this because Love is the greatest healing force in the universe. It is beyond an emotion. It is a bond, an energy, an experience and medicine. The healing power of love; this chapter is all about love is general, love is for all, love can be given to our friends, Parents, and Family etc. and this chapter teaches us also how powerful love is. as what Martin said "Love is the only force capable of transforming an enemy into a friend". and this chapter also teaches us we can't live without love, and it's considered essential in our society.

2. The healing power of love; I really like how the words gives me hope while reading it especially the "quotes" that is given. It gives me the idea to love and implement love for people sorrounds me.

3.

1. What a Healthy Relationship Looks Like:
Healthy relationships is all about involve honesty, trust, respect and open communication between partners and they take effort and compromise from both people. There is no imbalance of power. Partners respect each other's independence, can make their own decisions without fear of retribution or retaliation, and share decisions.

2. Because love work more smoothly and get stronger with honesty and communication and loyalty especially nowadays we can barely find that kind of love nowadays people date just for fun not date to marry. We can also barely find someone who's loyal because sometimes people think dating many guys or girls sounds cool and make them cool. And nowadays most of couples are breaking up because of toxicity. That's why we need to just wait for the right love to come and not rush it.

3. I, as individual patience is hard to do especially when you want to grab it immediately or when you are in hurry but do note that when something or someone comes into to you that you do in hurry it might be immediately disappeared like a bubble in this mistake I know that we learn and we also want to make it clear or fix so when you want to do something you might have a lot of patience so that at the end you will not regret about it.

3.

(chapter: Mindful)

1. the chapter is all about being in touch with the different aspects of our mind. It tackles about how our mind can affect us as a person in general

2. the first article that has stroke me the most is the "life is a piece of cake" because it is the epitome of "don't judge a book by it's cover" because upon reading the article's title I thought it was implying that life is easy (which is not) however when I read it, it actually is pertaining to how we are our own baker of our own cake, we have the power to control our own life responsibly. the second is the "less is more" because as someone who keeps little trinkets things that reminds me of certain things, it said here that "you can let go something go that has a memory attached to it, keep in mind that you're only giving away the object, not the memory"

3. I would definitely recommend this book to others as, as I said, in my experience, definitely opened up a new path of learning about life. and this book definitely gives me a break from all the academic stress that I am facing

Bianca Yvessa A. It is all about feelings vs emotions, it is how will you manage your feelings and emotions during your hard time.

2. The sentence " We all feel sad sometimes, or hurt, angry, excited, anxious, even blissful, but it never last for very long, and that's okay. when one feeling passes, another feeling will replace it." because if you look forward for a better future, all of these feelings you can survive. it is okay if you feel there's no hope sometimes but if you think in a positive way all of your feelings will be alright.

3. I like to share this chapter because for me it will help other student or reader on how they will control their feelings and emotions during their hard time. All you can do is remind yourself to let go on something won't help you grow, sometimes letting go is better than holding not because you're tired of that but because this is the best thing to do.

Maricar R.
1. The chapter MINDFULNESS was all about being mindful about the things we do and decided to do. It train our minds on how we should be mindful first before doing or making decisions for our life. This chapter shows how we behave our minds in saying things, how we feel about things and people around us, and also how we go back in times that our past selves were so difficult to understand. The chapter was so good and it is really helpful for people on how they are going to behave their minds, reminisce their feelings and past selves, and also to think before making decisions.2. The article i have chosen in the chapter of MINDFULNESS is the article 'We Are The Victims of Our Own Choices'. I felt the title really catching that i re-read this article three times. The article strike about our own decisions and choices that we have chosen past year ago, the decision and choices we make is the reason why we are here. The article wants to inform us and train our minds to take decisions seriously because maybe someday the decision or choices you have chosen will be the path what your life are going to be. #ToThinkIsImportant3. I am glad to recommend the book because it really train our minds and emotions towards our past experience and behaviour. This book can help many people because on how every chapters and articles have the reliable lessons you will be learning and also what path you will chose.GRADE 12 HUMSS - RESILIENTALYZA JOY E.

1. The chapter is all about we are urgently rushing toward some goal or dream, or an ever-elusive
“finish line” and don't appreciate the things we have right now. Without even noticing that the things we have right now are onced we dreamed of.

2. What strike me the most is "Pause for a moment and honor the progress you’ve already made in your life,
acknowledge the gifts you do have, and appreciate life itself for a few breaths." it clearly states here that you must also appreciate the things you have right now because you once dreamed about it and don't focus too much on the future to the point that you don't appreciate the things you have right now. Appreciate the life you have right now and don't think too much about your future because someday you'll get there. Just trust the process and don't give up.

3. I highly recommend this book. It teaches me how to appreciate the things I have right now in my life and to not be too hard on yourself. You just have to trust the process and enjoy every moment and one day you will get to the future you always dream about.

-Jelaine L. Tuliao
12 HUMSS RESILIENT

1. This chapter is all about appreciating and being grateful about being alive. Because as the book said "breathing is a GIFT and a MIRACLE offered to us over and over again." Since the others frequently take it for granted, instead we should be happy and thankful about the miracle we receive everyday.

2. The sentence that hits me hard since I read this chapter is "we often take it for granted right up until the moment we no longer have it". We always think that life is hard and cruel so we chose to be ungrateful for the life we receive, afterall, we are right into thinking that life is cruel because it is comprised of suffering, loss, regrets and even death, that no matter what you do there will be always suffering, pain and misfortunes. But we should always see the good in bad and the importance of life that we receive everyday for the reason that some people want to have a life like us. We should treasure every breath that we take because someday or sometime we will all be sick and old and regretting the life we picked because we chose to be ungrateful for having our lives and not treasuring it.

3. Yes, would recommend this book because it is a wake up call to everyone. We all need to wake up and accept the reality that we only live once so that we can learn and do something to make our life better.

-Paul Cariño
12 HUMSS RESILIENT
