It is considered by some that several languages may extinct due to the small amounts of native speakers, while there are others who believe that trying to conserve these languages is not rational. In my opinion, despite the importance of language as a bearer of culture, the life and death of languages are natural processes that should not be interfered with.

Obviously, with the passage of time, some languages are dying out. However, some people are trying to prevent their disappearing, considering languages not only a communication tool but a cultural heritage. Others stick to the point that contributing energy and means to rescuing irrelevant linguistics is useless. As for me, I am sure that humanity has too many severe problems to spend the time and resources on averting inevitable process.

Hundreds of languages are teetering on the brink of extinction due to the declining amount of their native speakers. Some people believe that endangered languages should be kept alive by government-sponsored programmes. On the other hand, others claim it would be a pointless waste of public money. I personally think that, though languages convey unique cultural heritage, it is impossible as well as unnecessary to fight or control any natural linguistic processes.
