This mode allows the camera to capture Shutter Speed when taking a picture. When the Shutter Speed changes an image can become darker or lighter depending what the Shutter Speed is change to. For example, if an image is change to a Shutter Speed of 1/3 the image will appear light and all motion will be blurred. This is due to that more light is allowed to enter the camera making the image light. If the Shutter Speed is changed to 1/750 the image will appear dark and there will be no option blur. This is due that less light is allowed to come into the camera. Someone would us Shutter Speed Priority in situations where you would want to capture and object that is moving extremely fast.
