and this is why it is so important to practice cultural humility and to understand that we are not ALL going to look at the same thing in the same way, and just be respectful of that.  I remember I got in a debate with a middle eastern lady and she stated that parsley was better to cook with, and I told her NO, it was all about the CILANTRO, LOL, we where literally going back and forth and didn't agree to anything in the end. I was biased to Parsley and she hated cilantro.
