One way to combat the shortfall is to rent out our facilities to various community groups. Since many of the rentals are on the weekends or holidays, to cover the needs of the renters, we pay building services OT to cover the rental. We budget reports are ran, it looks like our department is allocating too much overtime but the majority is for rentals. Helping with the costs fo Health Care Doane has a secondary policy to work with the athletes primary policy.
