         <description><![CDATA[<div>As a district, we are struggling financially.  One way to combat the shortfall is to rent out our facilities to various community groups.  Since many of the rentals are on the weekends or holidays, to cover the needs of the renters, we pay building services OT to cover the rental.  We budget reports are ran, it looks like our department is allocating too much overtime but the majority is for rentals.  However, the system won't allow the rental income to be diverted to the correct budget line.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Athletic Secondary Insurance<br><br>Helping with the costs fo Health Care Doane has a secondary policy to work with the athletes primary policy.<br>Athletes/parents figured out that if they cancel their policy, Doane’s would cover them.  This is great for them, but long term (over the course of the year) policy prices went up.  Decision  now - pay higher prices or add a deductible to cut out those that would normally cancel their policy.  We added the deductible </div>]]></description>
