Storyboardthat is a website that makes the teacher and students create their own diagrams or stories according to the rubrics or word lists. You can give a short story and than before dealing it in the classroom, you may have your ss prepare diagrams for the words that have any kind of affixes. Not only for affixes, for all kind of new vocabulary as a learning tool it is highly recommendable.

Definitions, antonyms, synonyms and, affixers to some degree, can be used with this. Students did tend to like them in the past when I compiled them from the Hot Potatoes software. They did take a bit of thought at times to compile them.
