In fact they are supposed to be the emotionally strong person in the family. Thus, I felt compelled to go tot he gym to assert my masculinity and to lose some weight. The more I go to the gym and exercise I find that it has helped me in more ways than just losing weight. It has become a coping strategy to relieve the stresses I have in life. When you are lifting weights, it is just you and that piece of metal. No other obstacle could come in your way. It is a sort of peaceful environment. While relieving your stress you are also improving your overall health.
