This documentary reveals the devastating impact of plastic pollution on our oceans. Every year, 8 million tons of plastic end up in the sea, harming marine life and never fully breaking down.

A journalist and a freediver, both deeply connected to the ocean, travel to what they thought were pristine waters—only to find plastic everywhere. They uncover shocking facts, like a young bird found with 276 pieces of plastic in its stomach, and realize that if plastic is in the food chain of marine animals, it’s also in ours.

Beyond the ocean, plastic waste is piling up on land, even affecting the soil where our food grows. So we have to change our habits now to protect our future.

Being vegan is more enviromental - to help enviroment is neccesary to cut down production of meat about more than 50%. Breeding of animals needs lot of space for them and also for growing food for them, so forests are cutting down. Animals also need lot of water and they produce lot of greenhouse gases. It isn´t neccesary to stop eating meat, but sometimes you can replace it by plants (soya or chickpea).
