         <title>What science is and how it works.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I thought science was just the subject we had to take. Science works through doing experiments like reactions to different chemicals or cutting into a frog and dissecting it.<br><br>I learned that science is needed in many things, like the way of life. In science, its more then just experiments, you learn specific things. Like how important the DNA is to every living thing.&nbsp;<br><br>I will give science more of an open mind. I'll make sure my students don't have the same thoughts about it as I did when I started this class.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>How the scientific method relates to scientific inquiry and how inquiry-based learning impacts student learning ?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Scientific method is easier for me since it follows specific steps. So I can keep up with the observation and outcome better.&nbsp; While scientific inquiry is more of a outside of the box thinking. I've learned inquiry based learning helps the students learn to love through independence.&nbsp;<br><br>During my observation in the 4th grade science class I noticed the scientific method only being used for a certain project. The teacher told me they switched the program and how things are being taught.<br><br>I will now try to point out the scientific method in more science work. I would love to add some inquiry learning so that maybe my students would develop love for science.</div>]]></description>

Being alive is simply just being.<br><br>In this class I learned the characteristics in life are to grow, reproduce, move, metabolism, and be responsive to the environment. To be alive is to have DNA.<br><br>In this topic I will recognize the necessities of life in everything. I want to show my students and pass down the importance of DNA in everything living.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>How microscopic changes have macroscopic effects.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Before your class I knew nothing about either of these titles. I thought microscopic meant itty bitty.&nbsp;<br><br>Microscopic changes could be pressure, volume, and temperature. Microscopic changes have macroscopic effects in this example. If I put a glass of hot water in a large cold room, the water will turn cold over time.&nbsp;<br><br>In this topic I will grow by knowing. how to identify the effects they have in different experiences.&nbsp;I will teach my students this also by showing them the water experiment. </div>]]></description>

         <title>How my scientific perspective has changed since the beginning of the semester.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Before this class I thought science was hard, not for me and not needed. I always failed in science classes.<br><br>My biggest take way from this semester would have to be, science is needed in everything. Just cause it may not be fore me doesn't mean its not needed for us everyday.<br><br>I will try my hardest to make science fun for my students. Maybe if its as interesting as this class has been some of my students will be more interested.</div>]]></description>
