         <description><![CDATA[<div>In my opinion, I believe that users are the most severe threat to cyber security. Take for example 'The Insider', a type of person that is essentially a hacker that doesn't even need to break in because they are already in the system, and thus can cause major damage. They may leak sensitive data and can be very costly. If motivated by revenge <br><br>Also consider that users may unwittingly be involved in malicious conduct, such as clicking on a link in a phishing email that contains malware.<br><br>Users who lack common sense may also be destructive; consider a user who deletes files accidentally and the files are not recoverable!</div>]]></description>
