While a theory is an explanation of patterns that we have observed and verified by multiple people.  <br><strong>What determines the validity of a theory?</strong>- Being verified by several groups of researchers and/or scientists who have also experienced the same events. <br><strong>How does a theory differ from a law?</strong> - A theory is an explanation of patterns that has been supported by scientific evidence. A law is specified in the way it describes a pattern, also supported by scientific evidence and research. (For example, can be written like a math equation) </div>]]></description>
