Stephen Blackwell joined Billboard following its acquisition of Spin Media Group, formerly SpinMedia, which he joined as CEO in 2014. Brought on board during a challenging phase in the company's history, he implemented a number of changes including the transformation of the VIBE brand into a purely digital publication.
