I find accountability very important because it makes me get done what I need to and if others stay accountable as well then the world would function more smoothly.

Emotion and vulnerability. I think showing emotion, empathy, vulnerability, being yourself is so important. It’s so important to me because it’s one of the core values of human interaction, it’s one of the pillars of government, and civilization. I think being emotional, and vulnerable are easily some of the most important things out there for leadership. I want my government officials and my leaders to be emotional, I want them to express themselves, and be vulnerable. That’s what makes a good leader, someone being emotional about something, someone willing to be vulnerable about something and doing something about it.

honesty

i think honesty is key for many relationships in my life because it shows courage and determination on being a truthful person. being that makes people turn to me for advice because they’ll know i’m gonna be honest about it.

Loyalty

Loyalty is very important to me because I want to have someone I can trust and be someone who can be trusted. I need someone who will always be there for me no matter what, they will ask me what’s wrong, and actually care for me. And the same goes for me, I am someone who my friends can go to, I care for them and make sure they’re okay.

Respect is important to me because when people give me respect I also give them back respect, When we are giving respect to others this makes our community more valuable and stronger.
