Different problems but most of them had a hard time in their research purposes where we asked them what they think is the problem of Cmuans that needed to be given attention and solution. So we came up with a proposal which we named "Literature Genie". We are confident enough that this would be approve but we never thought that making this would really takes time and a lot of money. Literature Genie is an app which can be used by subscribers especially students where they can easily find their literature studies without having hard time to look for it. The Literature Genie is impossible to accomplish given the fact it would take a lot of trials and errors, money and a deep understanding to its system towards its implementation. Also, we cannot tell if this would give us a win-win part because the part of making this up would take and consult many specialists because it is an app.

PROPOSED SOLUTION: Appster Tutoring Services

Appster Tutoring Services is a kind of service that would provide students especially those who are struggling with their studies an environment of acceptance and mindset that it is okay to feel lost sometimes and we have different level of skills and intelligence. No judgements involved, this service would give a bridge to those who are struggling and willing to take part and help those who need their brilliant ideas and minds. In this part, we are the middleman between the tutee and the tutor or can also be a tutor if we have skills that is needed by the tutee. 

Advantages:
1. The tutor will help the tutee in his/her difficulties and the tutee would pay the tutor which is a win-win solution.

2. The middleman can be a tutor if there are instances that the difficulties of students is suit to the skills that the middleman have.

3. The tutee will not have difficulty in accomplishing the difficulties because the Appster Tutoring Services is a one call away services which can be contacted thru phonecall. text and fb page. 

4. This service is a student friendly pricing since its focus is on the student's welfare and capability to pay.

5. This is practical and is normalized nowadays.

A lot of doubts have been circulating in my mind before I had the courage to do this.  But, as what they have said, you will never know until you try it. So, I did my best in getting all the necessary information, learnings that would make this rejection therapy turn into purposeful. I decided to interview those kids from the streets who are playing and ask them questions that would get me a "yes" or "no" answer. It was uncomfortable to tell you honestly but when I realized what it is all about, I had the courage to finish it. I asked them if they would be willing to give me a one-peso coin.  Out of three, one answered "no" and the other two answered "yes". I was a bit shock because the other kid told the one who said no to give me a peso coin because it is just a one-peso coin. I laughed at first but then I gain a deep understanding to that setup. 

What I learned from this experiment is about facing fear, discomfort, anxiety and building self-confidence and trust. It was a great example to how people react to something new to them every day and how you can distinguish that we really lived in a diverse world with diverse mindset, belief and etc.

Most especially, this experiment taught me about rejection that life sometimes is not in your place and that we will and may face rejection and that is normal. From the 7 goals of this empathy map, I was surprised to hear their thoughts on their difficulties in school. It is a bit alarming and sad because there are still a lot of students who are afraid to seek help because they might be judge and misunderstood by other people. They were being rejected by the society because of how we see things nowadays that is advance and modern. Despite of their hard work there are still part of their learning that they needed help from skillful and one a kind people. As I interview two students from different level, one from college and one from high school, I analyzed that they have the same problem, difficulties in some topic and other part of their education. They needed help but they can't because they are pressured to do it on their own even risking their own happiness, fun and learning.
