Encourage open office to demonstrate techniques. Record self-help videos to provide guidance. Both reduce end-users workload as well as saving time for technologists. Financing for procurement encourages use (eg introduction of podcasting in FBS). Case studies are very useful, along with peer-reviewed evidence. Positive examples are good, butother staff need literature-based evidence. Horses for courses. Engagement is best when flexible.
