         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><strong>The UAE flag</strong> <br>The flag represents each aspect of the UAE and how we want peace and bravery and many other things to be followed throughout this nation. <br><br>The red color represents courage bravery and strength, the black represents solidarity, the white represents peace and neutrality, and the green represents hope, joy, and love.<br><br><strong>The language</strong> <br><br>the language spoken in the UAE is Arabic but the majority of people dont speak Arabic and speak many different languages.<br><br><strong>The food is </strong><br>- shawarma<br>- lugaimat<br>- Shish Tawouk Sandwich<br>- manakish<br>- al harees<br>&nbsp;<br>and there are many more dishes that we have made.<br><br><strong>Celebrations <br><br></strong>many celebrations we celebrate are Islam celebrations because the majority of us are Muslim here are some celebrations we celebrate are <br><br><strong>Eid</strong> celebrates something in the past as Muslims believe in prophets the prophet Ibrahim had gone through something to prove his loyalty to god and god asked him to kill his son to prove this. his son immediately agreed but the prophet may he rest in peace struggled to make a decision in the end he agreed and proceeded to kill his son but his son was changed into a sheep and was protected so god wanted to see if he would do it. Now we eat a sheep every Eid in replacement for the prophet Ibrahim's son and because of the events that happened<br><br><strong>ramadan</strong> tries to rest the mind and give time to think pray and read the Quran so they could remove sins and be truly connected to god and so we are put in a position where we are like the poor so we can experience the struggles they went through.<br><br><strong>hag al Layla</strong> is like Halloween we dress up in jalabyas and walk through the neighborhood and get candies and chips and collect.<br><br>those are many things about the UAE I hope you have learned more about it.<br><br><br>-<strong> Alreem Alshamsi<br></strong><br><br></div>]]></description>
