Ive attached a spread sheet with the "cost" of the Baltic Birch furniture we made in the showroom. Keep in mind these are cost of goods with no overhead added. as a rule of thumb we typically run with a 40-60% profit margin.

The overall size is 33" x 33" x 6" deep.  the weight is 44 lbs.  the material used is 3/4" thick baltic birch and walnut.  we feel we can make a lighter version using a light weight plywood called Garnica Pluma-Ply.  we think we can get the weight down to 38lbs.. The prototype we made was very conetmp and boxy  we would be open to looking at new desins. we can use HPL(high pressure Laminates) on the exterior.  One company with some fun selections is Tree Frog or Formicia.  
The prototype also has a sound system with blue tooth capabilities and a chaging dock. We haven't gotten any further with this since we meet.
