1.I think there will be a fiction vaccine for all diseases.

Well... In my thoughts there would not be anymore cars driving on the road by the year 2050! And also i think there will be more ai in normal jobs and humans will slowly start fighting them for their lives while driving in a star wars-ish car/ship.
