         <title>I wonder if Dr. Willott&#39;s message was geared more to a curriculum that is scope and sequence based ---math and science may feel the need to reteach, but Teacher&#39;s College has said that 1/3 of kids won&#39;t get the lesson at that time, so we move on.  We are discouraged from reteaching, so is  this is less of an issue for us?</title>
