I have fully understood that "preparation time" has so much importance and building self confidence also. We need to define more clearly the task and set words and phrases. We should focus on Lexical set and Language structure. Also Outline of structure helps everyone to handle the task easily. At the end, repetition of tasks helps to improve quality. We have made good practises of apps such as Animoto, Clarisketch, Chatterpix,  and Voki. Finally we have practised the techniques of giving  feedback. We gave many examples of how to create interest such as listening sonra, preapering flash cards, a suitable warming up activity etc... Secondly we have looked at the activities and decided pre & while & post activities as a group And presented them in front of the class... Thirdly, we have adapted activities for our students by using technology. I advise my colleques to use Reading text according to our purpose and we dont need to do every activity if our aim is to comprehend the text correctly, in our MEB books there are parts for elicit the grammer in reading parts. However, it is up to us to reject that parts and add more activities for improve reading skills. How to do adaptation was a little bit confusing before but with the help of Dear Christina and Salih teachers, now it is not a difficult task. We started day with 5 finger adjective activity done by Salih Teacher. I found it very useful because before we started the lesson, it helped us to warm up with the group members and feel more comfortable in class again, thanks a lot. I will exactly use it. Then we started adapting Course book's writing activities with groups again. After the group work we each member in every group came together and formed a New group and shared the possible versions of their adaptation and finally we have reflected each other and it was the Best  part because we had developmental reflections which we had missed. I strongly suggest my colleques to attend these activities to get the New ideas and helpful tips for the any kind of problems related with writing tasks. Today has started with "Who are you?" activity and it was a little bit challenging as you need to think more about yourself to tell your friend but I have realised that we need to think more about ourselves if we want to be known and remembered by others and we need to be a good listener also because at the end we should remember our friend's qualificaitons. This shows our interest and care on them and make them feel good. 
GRAMMER SESSION
 In the morning session, we have analyzed Grammer instruction ways; PPP ( present, practise, produce) and text-based approach. The useful part of this session that we have analyzed Setting Context, Presenting Target Language, Language Focus, Controlled Practise and Freer Practise. These Ideas would be the most useful and appropiate for the language classrooms in my area because they can solve the problems related with the need of the recycling Grammer and motivating students  as they find the Grammer lessons boring. Thanks Christina for your deep analysing and make sure of our understanding.
VOCABULARY SESSION
I think the most effective vocabulary teaching suggestion was adding fun or silly details to the sentence with the new word in order to store the word in long term memory. Also vocabulary notebooks can be prepared with pictures, pronounciations, collacations, word types etc... There are some websites  ( learnenglishteens, englishclup, theteacherscorner, gamestolearnenglish )also that students and teachers can use individually or in class to build Vocabulary skills. We had chance to use these websites and play games and had fun :) Thanks Salih teacher for your guidance and help and sharing all these experinces with us with patience.

Also providing enough time for all these methods can not be possible. In today's session about Assesment, I have found useful "Continuous Assesment" and "Self Assesment" to overcome these problems because these give chance to students to get more grades throughout the term in a more objective way and Students feel more comfortable as they choose their assignment topics and they give more chance to do constructive feedback at the process and after the task. ( encourages them in a positive way ) Also, they are adaptable  for the ones who want to improve their English skills at CEFR levels. For these reasons we can use them in our local effectively.

ABOUT PDC SESSION
1)The greatest benefits of being in a Pdc Group will be working with collobration, rising the awareness, self-improvement and being more useful for students in my local area. 
2)I am planing to use the samples of presentations in Erzurum. We wont close our whatsapp group and get in touch all the time when we need collabration. The Facilitator's Guide will be looked for any kind of doubts. 
3) In Facilitator's Guide book, they have alredy written the how we deal with possible problems about planing and conducting the Pdc sessions. Check-list, planing, immediate reflection form etc... Eveything we need will be supported by booklet and our training Mentor.
